CALL TO ORDER:
The regular open meeting was called to order by President Caroline Briggs at 5:00 pm in
Conference Room A. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration Olivia Beutel.

Alpha Omicron Pi
● Had Big/Little Reveal last night for our new member, Emma
● Red Rose has been set as April 13th
● Pi Party will be on April 7th
Chi Omega
● Chacos and Tacos will be happening again this year, hopefully on May 16th
Delta Delta Delta
● Tri Hop is on April 12th from 8-10
● Crush Party is April 25th
● Local philanthropy event, Great Cake Race, will be May 6th, just adopted this
philanthropy!
● Pansy Brunch is May 20th
Phi Mu
● No new business
OFFICER REPORTS:
President
● New changes to meeting:
o Panhel praises highlighting our panhellenic sisters
o Proud to be a panhellenic member for seniors
o Sign up sheet for TIPS alcohol training, it is not mandatory but will be for the next
new member class
● EC is meeting in the next couple of weeks and are doing bylaws revisions, focus on
positive reparations
Executive Vice President
● Trained judicial board, so don’t break any rules!
● Crimson Carnival on April 8th 1-3
VP of Administration
● Chapters have approved the budget except for AOII, who I believe is doing it tonight.
VP of Public Relations
● Letter to a Professor went really well! Thank you for coming!
● Working on finishing the April newsletter, will come out on the first Monday of April
VP of Recruitment Education
● Announcing Rho Gamma smaller training for May Term
● Working on t-shirts for recruitment
VP of Recruitment Management
● Caroline and I are meeting with Chi O after their meeting about recruitment

● Greek Weekend Committee is meeting and will send dates as soon as they are
approved

● April 9: Judicial Informational Meeting (encourage members to come, will go over
recruitment infractions)
