CALL TO ORDER:
The regular open meeting was called to order by President Caroline Briggs at 5:00 pm in
Conference Room A. The roll was called by Vice President of Administration Olivia Beutel.

Alpha Omicron Pi
● Pi Party is on the 7th from 2-5!
● Red Rose is on April 13th
● Initiation is next Monday night for our new member!
Chi Omega
● No new business
Delta Delta Delta
● Tri-Hop is April 12th, from 8-10; buy a ticket from a Delta now ($4) as they will be
cheaper than buying at the event ($5)!
● Informal is on April 25th
● Great Cake Race is a 5K on May 6th, helps to support our new local philanthropy!
● Pansy Brunch/Golf Scramble is the weekend of May 20th
Phi Mu
● Initiation this Saturday at 10!
● Sisterhood Retreat from 6-10 in the Campus Center Gym Saturday as well
OFFICER REPORTS:
President
● Michelle and I are going to be trained on ICS for panhellenic side, will meet with Sydney
Ellen and Chrissi
● Trying to come up with an alternative date for the Cookout, possibly May 9th
● One more Green Dot training in May, please make sure all your new members are
trained!
Executive Vice President
● Crimson Carnival this Sunday from 1-3, Campus Center if weather is bad!
VP of Administration
● No new business
VP of Public Relations
● Newsletter will be out on Wednesday
● Website is finished, will link it to newsletter or send it out somehow
VP of Recruitment Education
● Rho Gamma bonding in May Term
● Bonding with SAA for a water balloon fight in May
● Working on t-shirts!
VP of Recruitment Management
● Chi O recruitment workshop presentations went well, please let your recruitment chairs
that we will come and talk to your chapters!
● Still working on reserving spaces
