1. AIMS
The main aims of this lesson are to:
 Recap on all previous learning of the topic – Perspective Projection
 Visually explain the concept of the topic – string brought from an object through a Picture Plane
 Complete group drawing sheet – including annotation

3. THE LESSON

SET INDUCTION (BEGINNING)
0-5 Welcome students into room –
instruct them to set up page and sit
quietly while I call the roll
Engage students in recap of the
5-20 previous learning – asking quick fire
questions regarding the entire topic
so far
LESSON SEQUENCE (MIDDLE)
Outline to students what exactly
20-30 has to be done – present the table
and the drawing of the table.
Instruct students to tie/tape lengths

of string to the eight corners of the
table while others puncture the
eight corners on the drawing
Instruct students to pass each string
through the correct corresponding
30-45 hole punctured on the A3 sheet
(Picture Plane)
Then ask for one student to pull the

strings tight behind the PP –
showing clearly why lines are
brought through PP – table
represented on PP
Split students’ into groups of three
45-60
and instruct them to work together
to create a poster – including a
****** sketch of the table/strings/PP and
also notes explaining what is
happening
Go around each group and allow
60-75 them time to present their poster
to the rest of the class
****** Then ask each group quick fire
questions to test their knowledge
of the topic
CLOSURE (END)
Instruct all students to help clean
75-78 the room completely including
desks and floor
Instruct students to fill out exit
78-80 cards on the days learning – what
they enjoyed and what they would
