Que. 1 : What are the specified conditions for the
admissibility of elect record ?
Que. 2 : When an electronic record can be admitted in
evidence by way of secondary evidence ?
Que. 3 : Whether an electronic record can be used as a
primary evidence ?
Que. 4 : Whether intercepted telephone call in a CD and
CDR which were without a certificate u/s 65B of
Evidence Act are admissible ?
Que. 5 : What are the requisites for admissibility of
intercepted telephone calls in evidence ?
Que. 6 : Whether E mail received is primary or secondary
evidence ? How it will be proved ?
