Weekdays (7am-6pm) $25.00
Weekday Evenings (6pm-7am) $26.00
Weekend Days (7am-6pm) $27.00
Weekend Evenings (6pm-7am) $28.00

Deaf-Blind Rates
Deaf- Blind interpreting assignments will have an additional $2/hr charge.

Travel Time
Travel time is included in the charge for each assignment. There may be additional charges to
assignments outside of Twin City Metro (Counties include: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin,
Ramsey, Scott and Washington)

Starting Fee
The initial rate of $50 is a charge of 2 hours, and there will be a $25.00 additional charge for
each additional 20-minute increment rounded up. Assignments more than two hours will be
charged the initial rate plus the additional charge of each 20-minute increment for the entire time
requested.

Cancellation
Must provide at least a 48-hour business day notification (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm) if cancelling an
appointment for any reason. If an appointment is cancelled without this notification, then will be
billed for total time scheduled.

Team Interpreting and Breaks

Depending on the setting and needs of consumers, more than one interpreter may be necessary
for an assignment involving more than one hour of consecutive interpreting. For every two hours
of work, a ten-minute break is requested for interpreters at the assignment.

Pro-Bono Work
Pro-Bono work will be agreed upon before accepting the assignment, must include all parties.

Last Minute Requests

Last minute requests (within 24 hours) for assignments will be standard rate, additional charges
may apply depending on other factors (location, time of day, etc.). Priority will be given to
requests made in advance.
