Using the services console:

Click on the start button, in the search box type “services.msc” and press the Enter key.

Locate “Print Spooler” in the list of services, right click and select Stop,
Start or Restart as required.

Using the command prompt:

Click on the start button, in the search box type “cmd”.
From the search results right click on “cmd.exe” and select Run as administrator.

Click Yes at the UAC prompt.

In the command prompt type “net stop spooler” and press the Enter key to stop the
spooler or “net start spooler” to start.

Using the services console:
On the start screen type “services.msc”, the search dialogue automatically opens.

Press the Enter key to open the services console.

Locate “Print Spooler” in the list of services, right click and select Stop,
Start or Restart as required.
Using the command prompt:
On the Windows Desktop right click on the lower left corner of the screen.
From the Menu select Command Prompt (Admin).
Click Yes at the UAC prompt.
