To infer is to figure out, to reach a conclusion (I inferred from the number of the
cups on the table that he was having a party.)
To affect is to influence something and cause changes. (The disease affects human
and animals.)
To effect to make something happen. (The civil rights movement effected a huge
change in America.)
Unable describes the lack of ability for one particular instance, situation.
Incapable is the lack of ability in a more general way.
Satisfying is to make you pleased by providing what you need and want, satisfactory
means good enough. (satisfactory results, but a satisfying meal)
Stationary is not moving, stationery refers to things you use for writing (pens,
pencils).
Dissatisfied is satisfied but in a way that a person is not pleased and is unhappy,
unsatisfied is not satisfied.
