  You are advised to follow the following instructions: 
1. The interviews are being arranged by this office to select the candidates for sponsoring in different organisation and to enable various employers to send their representatives, to
select the candidates. You will be engaged as an Apprentice by the employer who finds you suitable and selects you for the purpose. Therefore this interview call does not guarantee
your selection.
2. If you have already joined as an apprentice under the Act anywhere else, you must inform this office immediately and should not appear for the interview. No change of training place
is allowed.
3. You will not be paid any travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance for attending the interview.
4. You must bring with you all the original certificates/marksheets of the examinations passed by you.
5. You may have to stay for a day more if required.
6. If you fail to appear for the interview, it will be presumed that you are not interested in training under the Act and your name will not be sponsored to any employer again by this office.
7. The terms and conditions of training are as laid down in the Apprentices Act-1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1962 as amended time to time

  Minimum rates of stipend payable to Graduate or Technician (Diploma Holder) or Technician (Vocational) Apprentices (w.e.f. 23-12-2014) are: (Rules 11.2 of Apprenticeship
Amended Rules 1992.)
 
i) Engineering Graduates (Post Institutional training) Rs. 4984/= per month.
ii) Technician Apprentices (Diploma Holders) (Post Institutional Training) Rs. 3542/= per month.
iii) Sandwich Course Students (From Degree Institutions)  Rs. 3542/= per month.
iv) Sandwich Course Students (From Diploma Institutions)  Rs. 2890/= per month.
v) Technician (Vocational) Product of (10+2) Vocational Education Rs. 2758/= per month.

Apprentices will be entitled to following kinds of leave totaling 37 days in a year. If the establishment has proper leave rules with entitlements more than this number, then the leave rules of the establishment
will be followed:
A) CASUAL LEAVE:  Casual leave shall be admissible for a maximum period of twelve days in a year.
B) MEDICAL LEAVE:  
i) Medical leave upto fifteen days for each year of training may be granted to the apprentice who is unable to attend duty owing to illness. The unused leave shall be allowed to accumulate upto a maximum of
forty days.
iii.)  Extra ordinary leave upto a maximum of 10 days in a year without stipend after the entire casual or medical leave has been exhausted and the employer is satisfied with genuineness of grounds on which
extra ordinary leave is applied for.
iv.)  A female apprentice with one surviving child may be granted maternity leave for a period of 90 days from the date of its commencement without payment of stipend and the appenticeship training period
shall be extended accordingly. The monthly stipend shall be paid to the apprentice during such extended period.
