Dear John(director of cleaning services),

I am writing this letter,to express dissatisfaction for your cleaning services,in my


office.On the 12 July 2018,I order your company cleaninig my offices because offices must be
groomed and customers satisfied.

First time, your company employers ,was one hour late for appointment and offered
nothing by way of apology when they arrived .They should be arrived at 8 am, but they arrive at
9am. Secondly,employees cleaning up the hurry and did not follow the full program and they
gone until I arrived. Unfortunately, your services has not performed well, because the employers
don’t respect my request to clening 2 rooms and bathroom. I am very dissapointed because
customers complayns about the dust in the room office. The services was not performed correctly
because I noticed: the windows are dirty, the floor and surface does not shine.

To resolve this problem,I would appreciate your interest for return some of the money, or
your employers to come back to do their job,good.I look forward to your reply and a solution to
my problem and wait until 25 July 2018,before seeking help from a consumer protection
