    KD: The joy of motherhood comes in moments. There will be hard times and frustrating times.

    AUBREY: Welcome to the case presentation on .....

    KD:But before anything else please rise for the opening prayer to be led by mrs mary ann dangan and
    please remain standing for the pambansang awit, capiz hymn and the college hymn.

    *PAMBANSANG AWIT, COLLEGE HYMN, CAPIZ HYMN*

    AUBREY: at this juncture, May we recognize our clinical instructors.

    AUBREY: Our first clinical instructor is a teacher in microbiology and a CI in community health nursing.
    Let us all welcome mrs stella cordinello, RN.

    KD: Our second clinical instructor is a graduate of bachelor of science in nursing and midwifery, currently
    she is teaching maternal health nursing and CI in OB at city health office birthing clinic. Let us welcome
    mrs. Geline Boral, RN, RM

    AUBREY: Our third clinical instructor is a teacher in Community health nursing, a CI in pediatric nursing
    at nino de praga ward and an adviser of Bachelor of Science level 2. Let us all welcome Mrs. Mabel Alona
    Machalig, RN

    Kd: and lastly, she is also a teacher in maternal health nursing, RLE and Academic coordinator. Let us all
    welcome Mrs. edel Degala, RN

    Aubrey: Without further a do. We now start to the case presentation proper, may we call on Ms. Mary
    ann Dangan and Mr Duane Balaton for the Introduction and Objectives.

    KD: Next is to discuss to us the family history may we call on mrs aubrey anthonette pellas, ms love
    schantel dasas, ms gladys lyn diel and ms isabuen Salamanca

    AUBREY: to know our patient better, may we call on Mr. Kristian Dave diva and ms Danielle arbolado for
    the assessment.

    Kd: for the textbook discussion, may we call on mrs Astley mei dela cruz and lucy marie buni.

    AubreY: Next is the Nursing Care Plan. May we call on mrs francheska seno and wella mil de domingo.

    KD: so once again, Goodmorning. Maams we are all ready for the interrogation.

    kd: may we call on mrs. Dela cruz to acknowledge the persons who are with us that make this occasion
    successful.
