You shall submit your Headlines to NORA R. TOMAS at least

Thirty [30] minutes before the program. Likewise, it is also understood
that the minimum reports of every reporter per day is Nine [9]
excluding flash reports. Your reports will be distributed according to the
programs mentioned below, to wit:

 However, and in order to address the predicaments of those
reporters holding news programs with respect to the news quota per
day and to offset the number of reports required above, the concern
anchor shall prepare his/her local news which will be credited to his/her
news quota. Likewise, the anchor is required to submit the script used
in his/her program to the news writer.

It will be requested to the technical department, that they will

cause the recording of the number of reports per reporters which will
be tallied on a daily basis, based from the record maintained by the
technical department.

With respect to developmental reports, reporters are encourage

to record the same by coordinating with the technical department.
However, it shall be the responsibility of the recording reporter to
inform also the anchor concerned and shall not exempt him/her to
comply the periods when and whom to submit the headlines.

The schedule for the hourly newscast (Damag ita nga oras) will
remain the same, except that the reporter will coordinate with the
news writer about the items to be used for the hourly newscast.

By way of reiteration, all reporters including anchors should

submit a copy of their news script to the news writer.

All matters not mentioned above will be addressed through a

memorandum that may be issued clarifying or modifying this
memorandum.
