Q1: Determine the minimum and the maximum input voltages that can be regulated by the Zener
diode in Figure 1. Discuss the results if a 1N4736A Zener diode is used.

if they are correct and if not, identify the most likely fault(s). State what you would do to correct the
problem once it is isolated. The zener is rated at 12 V.
