You live in an apartment. You and your neighbours are unhappy with the conditions in the block
of apartments. Write a letter to the town council complaining about the poor conditions and
suggest ways to solve the problem.

Use the following notes to write your letter.

Problems :
 Lifts are vandalized
 Drains around apartment block always clogged
 Irregular garbage collection
 Rubbish dumped behind the block of apartments
 Limited parking space for residents
 Playground nearby not maintained

Suggestions
 Install cameras in the lifts
 Ensure drains are cleaned regularly
 Ensure regular rubbish collection
 Fine those caught dumping rubbish anywhere
 Have more parking lots
 Maintain playground
