Siéntese en Bhadrasana (si es necesario deberá colocar un manta en la zona de
mooladhar para aplicar presión). Abra los ojos. Ponga las manos sobre las rodillas. Practique Nasikagra drishti. Sea consciente del aire entrando y saliendo por ambas fosas nasales, a través de los “conductos cónicos”. Simultáneamente esta atento a todos los olores. (Con esta kriya, se podrá percibir un olor a sándalo, el cual es el olor del cuerpo astral) Practique esta kriya hasta que se vuelva “intoxicante”, pero sin llevarla al extremo de quedar absorto en ella sin querer salir. Practique de 1 a 3 minutos aproximadamente.
