The funniest Star Trek episode ever! Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock and the rest of the
Star Trek crew are besieged by little furry creatures called TRIBBLES. All these
loveable little things do is eat and reproduce. In fact they're born pregnant and
reproduce at will!!! When they are found to be in a food storage locker which
the Enterprise is called upon to guard, Kirk and his crew look very bad indeed.
However the TRIBBLES are all dead, killed by a poison in the grain. This disc
covery saves millions of human lives, and leads to an investigation of who
poisoned the grain. In the end it's the TRIBBLES who save the day by exposing
the Klingon spy, who is the assistant to the Minister of Agriculture for the
14 Federation.

The Enterprise crew encounters a link to the Earth's more violent past when they
come across the S.S. Botany Bay, a derelict ship with 72 men and women in
suspended animation aboard. These survivors of the Eugenics War's of the
1990's have exceptional physical and mental strength. Their leader Khan Noonian
Singh, with the help of the enterprise's historian takes over the Enterprise. When
Singh tries to persuade the bridge crew to come over to his side, by having them
watch Kirk die in a decompression chamber, the historian rescues Kirk. He and
Mr. Spock regain control of the ship and decide Singh's fate. . 15

TOMORROW IS YESTERDAY
A series of bizzare accidents begins when the Enterprise is captured in the
gravity well of a dark star and thrown into the past. Before Scotty can get the
engines back to working order, the Enterprise is spotted as a UFO. A tractor
beam is placed on the Air Force jet sent to investigate. The fragile 20th Century
aircraft begins to break up and Kirk is forced to bring the pilot aboard the
Enterprise. This unwelcomed guest must now be returned and all the film and
taped records of the incident confiscated. Along the way, the Enterprise picks
up another visitor who must also be returned. Spock finally comes up with the
solution to the problems by sendi ng the ship further back in time (before the
Enterprise popped into the 60's) and then reve rsing the action sending her
forward in time returning the pilot and guard and bringi ng the Enterprise home
to her own time.
CATSPAW
Two alien beings, disguised as humans, lure Kirk, Spock, and McCoy to the
surface of a planet by holding Scotty & Sulu prisoners. By using fear to tap the
subconscious mind, they hope to learn the secrets of human science. Black
cats, ghosts, goblins, skeletons, and witches are all mista kenly used by the
aliens, who think this is what huma n society is like. By a combination of science
and magic (with a little help from a TRANS DUCER) t he aliens hold the crew of
t he Enterprise captive until a difference of opinion between them leads t o the
freeing of the prisoners. This story by Robert Bloch (Psycho) is perhaps the
eeriest of all the Star Treks . One of t he least typical and best episodes of the
Series.
D A GGER OF THE MIND
TANTALUS colony is an advanced penal institution for the criminally insane.
During a rout ine mission to exchange supplies and information, a prisoner
escapes and makes his way to the bridge of the Enterprise. The escaped prisoner
turns out to be the assistant director of the colony, Dr. Simon Van Gelder. An
investigation is started when Dr. McCoy begins to have his doubts about the
honesty of the director, Dr. Adams. McCoy's suspicions are well founded. Kirk
and his assistant on the mission, Dr. Helen Noel, are themselves made prisoners.
Kirk is subjected to Dr. Adams' NEURAL NEUTRALIZER which is capable of
wiping out the memory of anyone subjected to it.
AMOK TIME
Spock's death is imminent, as biological forces beyond his control take com­
mand of his senses. He will die if he is not returned to Vulcan in eight days, either
to be married or do battle for the hand of his bride. The woman has the choice
of ma rriage or challenge, and can choose her champion . She selects Kirk. He
accepts, thinking he can knock Spock out in his debilitated condition and t he
issue will be settled. The surprise comes when Kirk learns that the battle is to
the death.

alien who calls himself Trelaine . Though human in appearance, he has great power's
and a flair f or 18th cent ury earth and the military. Kirk and the crew try time
and time again to esca pe, but everywhere they turn , Trelain is there . The epi­
sode comes to an exciting climax as Kirk and Trelain have a "Royal Hunt " a la
"The Most Dangerous Game~' A total ly unexpected ending wraps up this epr ­
sode . (We don't want to spoil it, so we won't give it awayl)

This was the only t wo part show in the three year history of the series. It used
footage f rom the original pilot, (The Cage) . In part I Mr. Spock mutinies and
kidnaps his former comma nding officer Captain Pike (Hunter). He leaves Captain
Kirk on a Fede ration com mand post and sets course for Talos IV. Contact with
Talos IV is the only deat h penalty on the books. Kirk, in a shuttle craft gets aboard
the Enterprise and Court Martial is held for Mr. Spock. In part II. Spock with the
help of mysterious images on t he ship's viewing screen relates the bizarre ex­
periences of Captain Pike on Talos IV . These images tell the story of why Mr. Spock
abducted Capt ain Pi ke (severly injured in an accident) and why he risks his life
to bring Pike t o the m ysterious planet Talos IV.

THE CELEBRATED ARCHIVES OF SHERLOCK HOLMES
Excuse us if we seem a bit excited about this little gem. We think it's the best
featurette ever made. It was produced to introduce Billy Wilder's film "The
Private Life Of Sherlock Holmes:' The featurette (or production trailer) contains
the most complete history of Holmes and Holmes memorabilia on film. It covers
everything from the Strand Magazine to Basil Rathbone. For instance: shots of
practically every actor who ever portrayed the great detective, either clips
(Rathbone and Bruce, Peter Cushing, John Barrymore, etc.) or stills from the
films and stage plays well back into the early 1900's. It has cover shots of various
magazines and posters which featured Holmes (including Dime Novels! Try
to even find one!). Advertisements in which Holmes was used to sell a product.
That's just the first half. In the second half we get to see generous clips from
"The Private Life Of Sherlock Holmes:' All are excellent! It runs a full 10 min~
Mixed Color and B/W. This is a most entertaining film as well as a great his­

THE MUKKENESE BATTLEHORN
This comedy features Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan as inspectors from
Scotland Yard investigating the theft of a very rare Mukkenese Battlehorn from
a London museum. The Sellers character is definitely a prototype for Inspector
Clouseau. Spike Milligan played with Sellers on the very popular BBC Radio
production The Goon Show. Each actor plays a number of roles. MallY of the

the place he is greeted by all three of the Ritz' dressed up as competitive bidders.

from unraveling on their reel.
4. If possible buy and use leader This will protect the ends of your film, where

most damage is likely to happen Leader is very easily spliced on to the ends
of the film . Do not use scotch tape to make splices!!! Scotch tape can come
loose in your projector and ruin it, the film or both. For splicing use Film
Splicing Tape or Film Splicing Cement.
5. Store films in a cool, dry place Extreme temperatures and humidity are
bad for film.
6. Do not pull the end of the ftlm, after rewinding, to tighten the film on its
reel. This will cause black lines to appear.

This is in no way a complete guide to film care, but if you follow these simple

suggestions you will extend the life of your films and projector immeasurably.
