Your tender for the work mentioned above has been accepted on behalf of
the President of India at your tendered amount of 69,57,601/- (Rupees Sixty Nine
Lakhs Fifty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and One only) which is 5.32 % (Five
decimal Three Two Percent) below to the corresponding estimate cost put to tender
of 73,48,874/- (Rupees Seventy Three Lakhs Forty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and
Seventy Four only) including VAT @ 2.8% and GST.
02. You are requested to submit performance guarantee of Rs.3,47,880/-
(Rupees Three Lakh Forty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Only)
within 15 (Fifteen) days of issue of this letter. The performance guarantee shall be
in any one of the Prescribed form as provided in clause-I of the General Conditions
of contract as per CPWD manual and shall be valid upto 6 (Six) Months.

03.On receipt of bid validity extension and prescribed performance

guarantee, necessary letter to commence the work shall be issued and the site of
work shall be handed over to you thereafter.
04. Please note that the time allowed for carrying out the work as entered in
the tender is 10 (Ten) months including monsoon period will be reckoned from the
10th day after the date of written order to commence the work.
