    Connecting sale number to unit in AMS

    Function>Vehicle>Quick Registration

    -popup window Quick Registration-

    Sale Type: drop down and select Consignment Sale (third option down)

    Sale Dale: click and select sale date (Tuesdays)

    Lot: drop down and select H – FMCC

    Click Lot No. textbox and enter lot number from sheet

    Click Stock Number and enter stock number from sheet listed with lot number. Continue & enter full sheet

    Click Save button on top banner

    *if Error Message (holds, etc), tell Betty.


    *count of Processing will be +1 of total units (header is included in count)
