Abstract—A framework that provides for a

radio-electronic means (REM) product during the
design process in accordance with CALS
(Continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support)
technology is presented. It’s main goal to solve
four main problems that exist during modern
REM development: 1) prevention of possible
failures during operation at early stages of design
due to modelling of complex systems with
heterogeneous physical processes; 2) ensuring
human safety during flights of aircraft
(preventing air crashes) due to integrated
automated aircraft control system analysis based
on created electronic model taking into account all
types of external destabilizing influences including
critical modes; 3) reducing time and costs for
design due to the availability of software tools to
the design analyst and the adequacy of simulation
results; 4) automation workflow and creation of
electronic REM model by means of integration of
proposed software tools within the PDM-system
framework of storage and management of
engineering data and equipment life cycle.
