Sub-Request for taking action against M/S Sun Shed Construction being represented by MrNiraj Kumar
and MrAlok Barman of 15, Parasar Road, Kolkata -29 for non-completion of work as per sanctioned plan
issued vide Building permit no 366/10-11 dated 4.12.2010 at premise no 38, Rifle club Road, Kolkata-
700070 before issuing Completion Certificate.

Respected Sir,
This is for your kind appraisal that M/S Sun Shed Construction of 15 Parasar Road, Kolkata-29, being
represented by Mr. Niraj Kumar and Mr. Aloke Barman was authorized to develop a G+3 storied building
at the premise 38, Rifle Club Road, Kolkata-70, on the basis of sanctioned plan issued by KMC authority
vide building permit no 366/10-11 dt. 4-12-2010.

The said construction company before completion of entire work as per sanctioned plan has applied for
the completion certificate to the competent KMC authority and on the basis of petition the process of
issuance of CC has been made.

As per sanctioned plan ( copy attached herewith) one service room, one pump room and one W.C room
as per measurement given in the plan are to construct at the earmarked places on the ground floor of
the building . But no such construction has yet been started at the premise. Instead the developers are
trying to sell out these spaces to the intending purchaser for using as parking place for illegal gain.
In these circumstances it is our earnest appeal to you to send your inspection team once again to
thoroughly inspect the premise to detect the incomplete work that should have to be done by the
developer as per sanctioned plan, before issuance of completion certificate.
