    COMPLAINT

    The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Serial Killer in the
    municipality of Caloocan, Manila, Philippines, the said accused did then and there, willfully,
    unlawfully, and feloniously, with malice and aforethought, attacked Stan Bi with a bladed
    weapon, wounding the latter in the arms and neck, producing wounds which are necessarily
    fatal, thereby causing the immediate death of said Stan Bi.

    Contrary to law.
