Thanks and praise to Allah, Lord of all worlds, and the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w., and his
beloved family and loyal companions.

Ya Allah, Ya ‘Alim, Ya Hakim,

Please bring us out of the darkness of doubt, and favour us with the light of comprehension.

Ya Allah, open to us the doors of Your Mercy, and unfold for us the treasures of Your Knowledge
by Your Mercy, Ya Allah, the Most Merciful of the merciful ones.

Ya Allah, make useful for us what You have taught us and teach us knowledge that will be useful
to us.

Ya Allah, make our tongues full of Your remembrance and our hearts in awe of You.

Ya Allah, You do whatever You wish, as You are our provider and protector and best of aid.

Ya Allah, Ya Fatah Ya Halim,

Let our hearts be filled with light and insight, and understanding and knowledge, verily You
control everything.

We ask You for beneficial knowledge, good deeds, a strong memory, a perfect understanding and
sound intellect by Your mercy, oh the Most Merciful of the merciful ones.

Ya Allah, give strength to our teachers and our leaders to continue to serve the people, nation
and religion. Ya Allah, make our country Malaysia a country that has Your blessings and favours,
and everlasting peace and prosperity.

Ya Allah, give us all the good of this world, and the good of the life hereafter, and save us from
the punishment of hell fire.
