Vision…
Problem: Students are being introduced to the juvenile justice system by way of the education
system.
Goal: To decrease/reduce/eliminate the number of students being referred to the juvenile
justice system for school-based offenses.
Vision:
Proposed: The Orleans Parish School-Justice Partnership Model envisions a New Orleans
where children/students are offered every opportunity to reach their fullest potential by
remaining free from and uninvolved with the juvenile and criminal justice system.
