Dear Ellen Meagher:

I am in receipt of your letter in reference to my complaint against Attorney Meg Stanley.

I notified the Court on 12/27/17, in front of Judge Eleanor Sinnot, the reason for Attorney Bruce Carroll withdrawing was
due to his refusal to address the fabricated law enforcement titles mailed to me by Attorney Meg Stanley, a month
following her asking the ADA if they were lying about who Steven Rand really is.

On 3/20/18, I was again asked by the unknown Judge why Attorney Carroll withdrew, and again I went on record in
court it was due to his refusal to address the fabricated information Attorney Meg Stanley mailed to me.

There are several witnesses to this crime. Attorney Brian Lenfest, Attorney Bruce Carroll, Attorney Robert Solomon,
Attorney Richard Noone and Attorney William Walsh, as well as the ADA who fabricated those law enforcement titles for
my accuser. Including the Asst. Commissioner Thomas Walsh, Probation Supervisor John Turner, Probation Officer
Jonathan Izzo and Beverly Julian. This is also documented with the Andover Police in my statement regarding the
murders of John and Geraldine Magee

All documented in emails. I’ll print them, but maybe you should check with the above named witnesses before you
attempt to tell me to go tell Megs FRIENDS she’s a criminal.

So, your job is to make a judgment. That’s why I filed the complaint. Do not tell me Attorney Meg Stanley gets to mail
me fabricated law enforcement titles for my accuser.
