Winds Of Change
Why “Winds Of Change”
Nearly 24 years have passed, since South Africa rose from
the oppression of apartheid to become a democratic coun-
try. Winds of Change is a unique collection of South African
music and extracts from significant political speeches that
charts the journey to freedom from the struggle days right
through to eventual and miraculous journey to democracy.
Pivotal in this journey of democracy is our Tata - Nelson
Mandela, who once said:
Education is the most powerful
weapon which you can use to
change the world.
Our Dream/Vision
Neutrinos, is a technology evangelist born out of South
Africa with a clear vision to democratise application devel-
opment, Rapidly. The aim is to empower masses such that
every one has the ability to build applications to innovate,
translate their ideas to life.
Democratising Innovation by
Transforming Masses.
Today, application development is in the hands of the privi-
leged few, who have the opportunity, power and funds to
learn coding, or have their ideas translated into reality
through the power of capitalism. For the larger majority, it
still remains inaccessible, arduous and expensive.
In our endeavour to empower the vast majority of people,
we believe that it is the need of the hour, not only to create
a technology platform that is accessible, affordable, and
rapid, but also to provide opportunities of skill develop-
ment to the masses, especially the underprivileged. We
intend to empower these people through unconventional
yet transformative training programs, such that they are
able to learn to develop applications using a technology
platform, and also open up to immense possibilities and be
work and life ready.
Instilling hope and providing a platform for the
youth of tomorrow to realise their dreams
through education
 Proof of Concept
Towards such a journey, we have embarked on a Proof of
Concept – by taking an underprivileged youth as a learner,
Tukiso Mateka – a young south African who barely com-
pleted his 12th grade and was forced to take up a job as an
UBER driver for the sustainability and livelihood of him and
his family.
However, Tukiso did not let go of his passion to learn
coding and had still kept alive his dream of building an
application that could act as a platform for all the under-
privileged and deprived youth to secure education loans so
that they don’t let go of their dreams and passion.
Over the last 2 months of his learnership at Neutrinos,
Tukiso has not only learnt the technical skills to build his
dream application on the Neutrinos platform, but has also
embraced endless possibilities, in becoming an entrepre-
neur.
Inspired by Tukiso’s story and such transformational possi-
bilities that is aligned to our vision, We intend to partner
with other organisations and individuals with similar
passion, through “Winds of Change” initiative that can
bring transformation to the lives of underprivileged thereby
making them employable, and in the process eradicate
poverty, in whatever small way.

Winds Of Change - An invitation to all

The immediate aim of this initiative is to run a pilot training
program with 10 underprivileged youth of South Africa
across varied demography for a period of 3-4 months.
These youth will be identified through a rigorous selection
process and trained by industry experts with the key crite-
ria for assessment being attitude towards life, hunger and
passion towards realising their dreams.
Winds of Change invites all patrons, who intend to make a
difference in the lives of the underprivileged, and to be a
part of this initiative - contribute in whatever ways possible
(sponsor a youth, provide them employment or simply
donate a laptop etc.) in making this a reality, bringing
smiles in the faces of millions.
