    I am writing to you at the request of Mr. Joshua Hoskins to provide to you evidence
    of his current residence in California I met Mr. Hoskins in November of 2016 and
    through inquiry found him to be without shelter. In the teaching of my Christian faith I
    found someone who was in need of shelter which I was and continue to be able to
    give him as a guest in my home until he is able to transition to his own residence.
