Comes now the undersigned prosecution witness, and unto this Honorable Court

That, I am the accused in the above-entitled case;

That, the recommended bail for my provisional liberty is Php 12, 000, 00;
That, I cannot afford to raise the required bail bond for May provisional liberty;
That, I will only acquire the said amount to lending company in order to post the
same;
