First board meeting regarding the construction project of

RMS Hotel was held on () at (). The meeting chair was

T.D.W. Madhusanka the CEO of the company., and he
started the meeting by wishing a successful year to the
whole board. The QS, () Financial Manager ()
,Architecture () Engineer () were participated to the
previous meeting.

Firstly, the Mr. () explained the objective of the meeting,

which is to decide whether the RMS Hotel Project accept
or not. Therefore, whole board including Eng, Archi and
QS, Financial manager suggest their ideas Through this
discussion following facts were arose.
 Implementing this project would attract more clients
to the company.
 If we would able to finish the project with a lower
cost it could be earned a higher profit .
 Through this project we can promote our innovative
and eco – friendly products to the market, as well as
we will be able to confirm that our products are in
higher standards.
 The client is expecting this project to be done within
a minimum. But since this is a huge project, it will
make a high cost and it would reduce our profit.
