(1) Backend Auto-Diagnosis Threshold setting support

intermittent obstacle in the backend loop.

The change of contents for Version 065C & 165C

(1) Host command time-out in the Queue Full condition

Item Description
Contents When a host issues many commands and a Queue Full condition reached, host command time-
out may occur. This is due to a microcode bug in the Queue Full processing.
When all of the following conditions are met, the problem may occur:
A) 9580 or 9585
B) More than 512 commands are received per port
