TENDER NOTICE
School of Chemical & Materials Engineering NUST Islamabad intends to purchase Lab Equipment for SCME against
t the approved budget.

 Tender documents for the items containing detailed technical and other information / terms &
conditions can be collected on payment of PKR 2,000/- (non-refundable) in shape of bank draft from School of
Chemical & Materials Engineering, NUST Islamabad during working hours (0900 to 1600) Monday to Friday
from May 28 to June 28 2018 till 1100hrs. Bids shall reach the office of undersigned, latest by June 28 2018 at
1100hrs. Technical Bids will be opened on June 28, 2018 at 1130hrs in SCME-NUST Conference Room.
 Bids of only GST Registered firms, who are in Active Taxpayers List (ATL) as per FBR, will be
entertained.
 All firms are requested to submit technical and financial bids separately for each item with firm’s
complete details.
 Tender advertisement is available for download at PPRA & NUST website.
 The sealed bids complete in all respects must reach the office of Chairman LPC along with earnest
money 3% in shape of CDR (Sealed envelope in separate) in the favour of Principal SCME.
 SCME-NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1).
