Public access areas are listed by county and water body with the following information:

loaner tackle (if applicable), type of access (boat ramp, canoe access, fishing pier,
or bank access), and fishery present.

Types of public access areas listed in this document include:

· Public Fishing Areas developed by the Wildlife Resources Commission through

partnerships with local municipalities, state and federal agencies, and private
landowners;

· Boating Access Areas managed by the Wildlife Resources Commission;

· And other public access areas owned and/or maintained by entities other than the
Wildlife Resources Commission. These sites are operated by other state or federal
agencies, county governments, municipalities, power companies, or local
nongovernment organizations. While every effort is made to provide accurate and
up to-date information, the conditions and accessibility of these areas are subject
to change. Please contact the listed sponsor for additional information.

While some areas include a small maintenance fee, as noted under "more information," the sites
listed do not include for-profit entities, such as marinas.

Some public access areas are located on private lands. Fishing is allowed at these areas because
individual landowners and local organizations have generously provided access to the public for
fishing. Show your appreciation for these opportunities by removing your trash, parking within
designated parking areas, and being respectful of their property. Failure to do so could result in
the closure of these access areas in the future.

Commission Public Fishing Areas and Boating Access Areas are

supported by the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Program, which
utilizes state fishing license money and federal grant funds derived
from federal excise taxes on fishing equipment and motorboat fuels.
