ARTICLE I – NAME
The name chosen for the organization is YOUTH TO THE NATIONS or y=12 n.
ARTICLE II – PURPOSE
YOUTH TO THE NATIONS exists to afford students with an environment of passion for God and compassion for
people. It envisions the multiplication of Spirit-empowered leaders, serving as agents of change in their
communities and into the nations of the world. The organization centers on the core principle of the existence
of leadership potentials in every Christian, and therefore benchmarks on leadership training and team
building.
ARTICLE IV – OFFICERS
Officers is by appointment, then/or by election from committed Christians who exhibit the character of Christ.
All officers are excellent for one academic year and may be re-appointed or re-elected for the same position
the following year. Officers can be an open cell leader at the same time functioning as another officer (i.e.,
president, secretary, etc.).
ARTICLE V – ADVISERS
The adviser(s) for YOUTH TO THE NATIONS will be chosen with the majority consensus of student members or
recommended by the administration. Term of office will be for one academic year.
ARTICLE VI – MEETINGS
YOUTH TO THE NATIONS meetings include the weekly meeting of open cell groups, tutorials, counseling,
community outreach, leadership trainings, team buildings and school of leaders’ classes. The current special
activities include the Youth Reload, Growth Seminars, and Encounter God Retreats.
BY-LAWS
III. Secretary
The office of the Secretary has the responsibility to:
a. Take the minutes of meetings—officers and general.
b. Report the minutes of previous meetings.
c. Keep records of Leadership tracks.
IV. Treasurer
The office of the Treasurer has the responsibility to:
a. Collect the membership fee.
b. Make Financial Budget Plan
c. Make financial statements of activities.
V. Auditor
The office of the Auditor has the responsibility to:
a. Take the place of the Treasure in his/her absence.
b. Prepare the transparent records of the cash out flow.
VI. P.I.O
The office of the P.I.O. has the responsibility to:
a. Report their weekly open cell meeting.
b. Counsel their members regularly.
c. Update members through cellular phones.
d. Relay information to the campus for the upcoming activities
VII. Consolidators
The office of the Consolidators has the responsibility to:
a. Counsel their members regularly.
b. Report their weekly open cell meeting.
c. Lead growth sessions.
B. Membership:
YOUTH TO THE NATIONS is an unbiased organization but encourages all potential leaders
(members) to live by the three main core values—passionate spirituality, submission to authority, and
commitment to time.
C. The adviser(s):
Their duties are to sponsor YOUTH TO THE NATIONS’ meetings, serve as counselor/consultant
for the group activities and will be the liaison officer to the college administration.
