ABSENT EXCUSE LETTER

2. I as state at the name above would like to excuse attending the class as state below. It
is because I still at Mecca/ Medina in Saudi Arabia to perform umrah/small Hajj.

Day : Wednesday and Thursday

4. Therefore, I would like to seek for apology for cannot attending the class. Hereby, I
am enclosing a copy of the letter from agency for your reference.
