PREFACE

The research provides an opportunity is a student to demonstrate knowledge,

skill and competencies required during the project. The training project helps to
know the problem in the organization and to suggest them how to get rid of these
problems. Although I have tried my level best to prepare this report an error free
report every effort has been made to offer the most authenticate position with
accuracy. The report is divided into eight chapters. The first part will consist of
introduction to the topic, second will contain the objectives of the project. The
middle part will be giving a brief overview about the organization and the
methodology to be used in the project. Fourth chapter is the most important part
as it will contain the analysis of data. Last part will be dealing with the findings
and suggestions.
