Karley had established herself in seminar as a perfectionist and she continued this in her placement. Her lesson plans, her reflections on her own performance, and her efforts to meet the needs of every single student were exemplary. She is the type of perfectionist who is always interested in looking for ‘ways that something could be done better and only dwells on the past in terms of how it informs the future. Karley showed her professionalism in the way that she made some adjustments to support a student teacher colleague when a challenge arose. She is a true team player.
