es. It's four weeks long and couldn't be easier. We have printable
shopping lists for each week and a handy rundown of what to
make, save, and prep each day. The meals, snacks, and treats -
and yes, you can have a little something something daily to help
keep you on track — but focus on fruits, veggies, whole grains,
and lean proteins.
