KELD PEDERSON

Keld Pederson completed his education and received a degree from London business school and
got his diploma from (IMD) international institute for management development. Before being a
part of Gujarat Pipavav he was also a manger at another shipping company called the Port of
Tanjung pelepas.

Keld Pedersen has worked at APM Terminals since the inception of the company, and has
previously worked in, among other companies like Cameroon, Malaysia and at the headquarters
in The Hague.

He has been CEO of APM Terminals in Gothenburg since the company took over the container
port in early 2012.

Mr Pedersen, who has wide ranging experience in APM Terminals and the A. P. Moller-Maersk
Group, succeeds Mr Prakash Tulsiani, who, as reported earlier, put in his papers after a successful
stint as Managing Director since January 2009.
