Back to Back Drawing:

Supplies:

 Markers
 Paper

Objective: For participants to communicate how to raw a photo to their teammate

Time:

 20 minutes

Activity:

1. Participants will be broken into teams and be instructed to sit back to back
2. Each participant receives a slip of paper.
3. They are instructed to draw a picture on one side of their paper (for 6-12 age group you
can have pre-drawn photos for them)
4. Participants will select a person A and person B.
5. Person A will instruct person B to draw a photo on their paper. They are only able to
describe shapes to their partner. They are unable to tell them what the photo is
6. Once the teams have been completed their drawing, they are to compare photos with
their partner.
7. Partners then switch roles. Partner B will now instruct Partner A to draw their photo.
8. Facilitator can allow for time to teams to strategize if necessary.
