This document provides instructions for an activity called "What's Your Value?" where participants each receive a playing card without looking at it and must mingle with others based on the value of their card for 5 minutes. Participants then try to guess their own card value based on how others treated them. The activity aims to teach communication and diversity skills through categorical team-building tasks over 20 minutes with a large group discussion at the end.
