Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with great enthusiasm that I am writing this letter to inform you of my interest in
applying to the Computer Science Program-numele programului (are cumva vreun nume
oficial cum ar fi-Cyber Security?). Over the years, I have shown a great interest to this area,
and the daily one-week internship in the Endava Multinational Company has helped me
realize how much I would like to work as a programmer. Moreover, there I have learnt a new
programming language and I had the opportunity to talk to a large number of people in this
field, broadening my computer science horizon.

Given the fact that Netherlands is the country where 90% of the population speaks English, I
was pleasantly impressed to see that I can talk to any of the people meeting no language
barriers. Moreover, as I had the opportunity to visit the country, I was surprised by both order,
tidiness and highly civilized people, as well as the high level of development of this country.

In the last decades we have been able to see how technology has taken the world
unexpectedly quickly. Therefore, this very idea made me wonder from an early age how it
would be to fully master this revolutionary object called the computer. My first achievement
was to install the WINDOWS XP Operating System on a computer. In the coming years, this
passion has become more and more intense. Running an IT course, I have learnt how a
computer works and at the age of 11 I decoded my first programming language: C ++.

From the beginning of high school, I began to develop my curiosity about the IT profession,
namely, working in an IT company. I had the opportunity that the multinational British
company, Endava, organize an internship to improve the technical abilities of those interested.
Not only have I realized how many things I have in common with this job and how much I
would fit it, but I have seen a very close connection and friendship between all programmers
in the company, regardless of age. However, what this experience really brought me further
was learning the basis of the most important programming language: Java.
Moreover, looking to develop new IT skills, I have chosen to get involved in the Be Practical
Program, where I did a Database course. This experience has developed my ability to
communicate with people of different ages and to assume a role to fulfill. It was a challenge
for me, considering that the other team members had more experience, being the youngest.
However, I decided not to quit succeeding in buttoning up all the details of my project,
making it possible to finish it completely.

The "Autumn Flowers" project of the school helped me to discover a new side in computer
science, that of web design, which until then was not known to me. Having the ability to
quickly understand new computer related information, I created a web page for posting
pictures and drawings on autumn nature.

In high school during the 9th grade I won the election for the class leader. As a result of this
role I have developed multiple abilities, among which the most important for me are the spirit
of initiative, as a result of the implementation of several projects aimed to make the class
group unite in solidarity and adapting to new situations and people as having new colleagues I
needed to report differently to each of them so I could get to know them, understand and
support when they needed it.

As regards my interest, I am glad to say that I plan on learning as much and efficiently as
possible, to discover new information and I trust that finally working in the field that I am
most passionate about will give me the opportunity to be motivated to learn with pleasure and
enthusiasm. I am looking forward to find out more about the Applied Science Study System
in the Netherlands because I am a person who learns through practice and collaboration with
other people. My dream is to excel in the IT field by helping at some point in the revolution of
technology so that any current issue can be resolved.
