EXERCISE OF PUT OPTION FOR SALE OF ABERTIS’S INTEREST IN

CELLNEX TO EDIZIONE

Rome, 4 April 2018 – Following on from previous announcements, and in particular the
information document published on 30 March 2018, Atlantia announces that it has confirmed to
Edizione Srl that, subject to the positive outcome of the public tender offer for Abertis
Infraestructuras SA’s shares, it intends to exercise the put option granted by Edizione on Abertis’s
29.9% stake in Cellnex, provided that no improved offers, with respect to the conditions offered
by Edizione, are received by 16 April 2018.
