THIS LEASE is made this first day of September Two Thousand and ------
Fifteen BETWEEN EMILY RAMGOBIN of Alexander village (hereinafter --
called ‘the lessor’ which expression shall where the context admits --
include the owner for the time being) of the one part and DEVIN SMITH
of Third Street Herstelling, (hereinafter called ‘the lessee’ ----
which expression shall where the context admits include her successor-
entitled to the term hereby granted) of the other part. --------------
NOW THIS LEASE WITNESSETH as follows----------------------------------
THE LESSOR herby demises unto the lessee ALL THAT piece of land-------
measuring eight hundred metres by eight hundred metres having a
frontage of thirty metres to the Public Road for the sole purpose of -
constructing a house--------------------------------------------------
TO HOLD the demised estate unto the Lessee for the period of FIFTTY
YEARS from the First day of September Two Thousand and Fifteen PAYING
therefore unto the Lessor during the said term the yearly rent of Two
Thousand on the Thirtieth day of August in every year, the first of
such payments being made on the First day of September Two Thousand
and Fifteen ---------------------------------------------------------
IF AND WHENEVER the yearly rent or any part of thereof shall not be --
paid for a period of Twenty-one days after when due, the whole of the
said rent or any part thereof shall become immediately due and payable
together with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent per annum---
