3. FEES
International learners will be charged 20% more than the existing programme fees. They are
required to pay the Registration Fee amounting to RM1,000 for the first semester.

i) Deferment/ Withdrawal/Quit
In the event that a learner applied to (i) defer a semester; (ii) withdraw from any course(s);
or(iii) quit from a programme, the following administrative fee will be charged.

ii) Excess of tuition fees (if any) will be carried forward to the next semester for those who defer
or withdraw. For those who quit, they will receive a refund of the excess tuition fees.

Outstanding Fees
Outstanding fees must be paidbefore the end of Semester (refer to Academic Calendar)
Learners with outstanding fees owing to the university can sit for the Final Examination but will
not be able to view the result.
g. Discounts/Promotion
The following discounts are applicable to those who fulfil the terms and conditions stipulated by
the university:
i. Discount on tuition fees for 1st semester – 10% (intake January 2018)
Learners are eligible for this discount for 1st semester only.
Note:
Discountsare forsubject fees only, research and other fees are excluded.
Discounts are not valid for second time registration/repeat subject
Learners who enjoyed the above fee discount are not entitled for further
discounts/promotion.
