Working as Assistant Manager in Plant Engineering Division at Indus Motor Company Limited from 2008 till date
in the Production Engineering Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES___________________________________________________________

• Project Initiation (Making the Feasibility covering both aspects Technical as well as Financial)
• Preparation of Proposal Paper and Approval Paper
• Identify energy conservation opportunities and make cost/benefit report for management approval

phase of the project in order to gather complete technical info / set a concrete path for the project.
• Negotiation with the contractors regarding the contract awards.
• Implementation of plans based on Technical and Mechanical Drawings.
• On SITE Monitoring of the work rate of the project with special focus on Quality and Meeting Timelines.
• Proper Closing, Handing Over and Taking Over of the Project.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT____________________________________________________________

To design a heat recovery system for “pre-heat furnace of a bar rolling mill “in People Steel mills. In this project
we have to study heat recovery options from flue gas of furnace .We have decided to design a heat exchanger which
utilize exhaust energy of flue gas to increase temperature of combustion air coming in the burner .
