Dear Sir,

Non-Renewal of Visa

Further to your mail dated 12th July 2017 regarding the list of employees scheduled for July visa
medicals with instructions to notify the Admin department within a week if anyone wishes to opt out,
and my reply dated that very same day indicating I would not be continuing my current contract once it
expires. Indeed your office asked me to submit a resignation letter which I believe wasn’t the case
because the intent of my mail was not to resign but to see out my contract which expires this month
with possible renegotiations regarding my contract between my department (QA/QC) and the HR
department for which I was duly notified about a proposal request for my case.

I have been working with the company for the past four (4) years, assigned on several high demands
project such as AD 493, AD534, AD505 and AD540 and handled variety of tasks, some indirectly not
within the job description of a Document Controller but handled them to the best of my abilities and
these can be attested to by both current and previous project teams. I have served both above and
beyond the limitations of my role, with the view that an appraisal of my performance will yield an
impact on my salary upgrade. With my personal needs and future plans coupled with its corresponding
demands from outside, it’ll be very difficult for me to continue working under the same conditions.

I am therefore requesting your office to kindly consider this as an official notification to cancel any
process to renew my visa; hence incurring any cost on my behalf should my current situation remain the
same.
