WHEREAS, the treasure hunting activity will be surprised by ELMER R. VALDEZ the 49th

Member of TAKARA RETIEVERS GROUP OF THE PHILIPPINES INC, ( recognized by the NATIONAL

MUSEUM) with License Number CN201700318 with office address at R-10 2467 Pedro Gil St., Sta Ana

Manila, Philippines .

WHEREAS, LANDOWNER and the FINANCER/CONTRACTOR hereby agree that the proceeds

From the venture shall be divided by the following person with their percentage.

NOW THEREFORE, the party here unto covenantly agrees the following stipulation :

1. That whatever valuable treasures shall be found on the above-mentioned site covered by this contract
the proceeds shall be distributer as follows :
