    URGENT NOTICE

    SBI Prepaid card towards Long Service Award were handed over to the
    eligible employees for completing 15/25/30/35 years of services in the
    Corporation, including Superannuation Award up to the month of
    September, 2017.

    Due to non-usage of the cards for a long time, prepaid card has got
    de-activated in view of RBI guidelines. Now prepaid card can be
    re-activated by giving KYC details to SBI.

    In view of above, it is notified for the information to all concerned, who


    were handed over prepaid card, but due to non usage, their card got
    de-activated, to please contact the following officer with your prepaid
    card and PAN for reactivation.
