Banquo goes to bed, and Macbeth waits downstairs. Suddenly Macbeth sees the bell – it’s
time to go to King Duncan’s room. Duncan’s servants are sleeping because Lady Macbeth
gave them a lot of coffee. Macbeth kills the queen using the servants’ daggers. Later,
Macduff comes to the house. He is one of Duncan’s enemies. When he sees the king’s
dead body, he calls: ‘Get out of bed, everyone! There’s a murderer in the house!’ After
that, Banquo kills the servants. How can they learn the truth about the murder now?
