This fieldwork report evaluates the overall performance of the related
firm to its financial report of four year from Fiscal year 2070/71 to 2073/74.In this
research we can conclude that the firm is suffering from low-income trend.the total
income earned during 2071/72 is Rs.1429550 whereas in next year Rs.811110 and
Rs.535380 thereafte. This shows that the overall income of the compan is in fear and
falling yearby year. This research shows tourist mainly in the trekking and
mountaineering is decreasing so the rhythms Nepal mountain tours and trvel had to
focus on attracting tourist by promoting the tourists sites worldwide. Keeping in
view of the present situation and condition of Nepal,it must search for different new
packages for the foreign tourist as well as to those who are willing to travel in
Nepal.
Nepal is one of the richest countries in the word in terms of bio-diversity due to
its geographical position and altitudinal variation. The elevation of the country
ranges from 60m above sea levl to the highest point on earth, Mt Everest at 8848 m,
all within a distance of 150km resulting into climate condition from sub-tropical to
artic.
Few destinations in the world can match Nepal in the variety of adventure
tourism. But dut to different circimstance tourist are not interested to coming
here.So the government has provide a free visafor tourist of SAARCcountriejs and
people’s republic of China.
Keeping in the view of thew resent conflict situation of Nepal, the tour and
travel organiser must search for different new tour packages for the foreign tourist as
wellas to those who are willing to travel in Nepal.Nepal is a country of rich cultural
heritage. It offers an incomparable scope to connoisseurs of art andf culture to see
and study the different aspect of fine arts in its painting, sculpture, woodcarving and
architecture. The main facor to attract tourists is the fact that Nepal has manage to
preserve more endangered species of flora and fauna that any other area in Asia.
Nepal has nine national parks and three wildlife reserves, which include areas in the
highest mountains in the world as well as sub-tropical lowland of the plains.
CHAPTER III
3.1 Summary:
The data here in this fieldwork report are diractly collected from the
office of Rhythms Nepal mountain tours and travels. Since it is a tourism business
and registered as per the rules and regulation of the government, ministry of tourism,
it maintains limited legal formalities and other aspects of performance are also
confined. Therefore, the evaluation is done based on that available information. Still,
the information are tried to be presented as comprehensibly as possible.
It is also seen from the study thet the overall income of the company is in
fearably falling year by year. Tourist mainly in the trekking mountaineering is
decreasing. So that, individually the firm and the government also has to be careful
to attract tourist in Nepal by different tools of business promotion world widely.
3.2 Conclusion:
Tourism is a service industry well known universally for the business of
pleasure and peace of mind. Tourism industry is a very big and profitable industry of
our country, Nepal. More than 25% of Nepal’s income depends upon tourism
industry as Nepal has numerous possibilities for tourists of all over the world
throughout the country. In context of Nepal, a large percentage of the national
revenue comes from the tourism sector. Due to the publicity and development of
information technology, Nepal is known all over the world now. There are various
worse situations where, political parties, student’s union and much other association
are making the overall economy worse that ever but tourists have not change their
plans to visit Nepal which is a very good sign for the firm like Rhythms Nepal tours
and travel and other many tourism industry.
There are no any confusion that the tourism industry plays a vital role in the
uplightment of the economy of the nation. They contribute remarkably in the field of
national incom.among the various travel businesses in the economy of Nepalese
context, rhythms Nepal travel and tours is one of them. It organize holiday to suit all
taste from cultural and adventuretours, treks, mountain expeditions, bird
watching, bunjy jumping, village tours, wildlife safari, white water rafting Nepal with
the rustic facilities of the remote without changing pristine naturalness of the setting.
The fieldwork report prepared with reference reveals the overall performance
of RNMTT PVT. LTD.The firm is established locater in Lazimpat; Kathmandu the
finincial health of the firm does not seem so healthy but is in a progressive stage. The
firm is struggling to penetrate the market. The management is liberalized and
democratic. There is very huge future prospect for the firm if it implements some
corrective actions regarding to its financial and managerial aspects. The increasing
trend of foreign tourist coming to Nepal show that there is a promising future for
this firm.Nevertheess, the contribution of RNMTT in the economy of the nation and
in the field of facilities provided for tourist is significant.
3.3 Recommendation:
Suggestions are completely based on the findings of the study
regarding the firm and market as whole.
First, the firm needs to take immediate corrective actions as per the
current situations of Nepal.
The firm should use the different marketing tools in order to attract
the mass of tourist and the agents abroad.
The firm should focus on promoting our old and traditional art and
culture.
The firm should make the trip pleasant and memorable to the
tourist.
The firm should focus on the personal marketing and has to
participate in different trade fair in foreign countries.
The firm should try to minimize its operating cost, since the income
of the firm is increasing trend.
The firm should focus on the personnel development through
proper recruitment.
Keeping in view of the present conflict situation of Nepal, it must
search for different new tour packages for the foreign tourists as
well as to those who are willing to travel Nepal.

to those students who are going abroad for study as it in increasing
trend in Nepal.
