    Referring to the project mentioned above the “contractor” looks forward to being informed for taking over the

    project by the committee of final acceptance. The list of defects was released by project manager according

    to clause 33.1 in the General Condition and contractor has completely taken act for fixing defects, therefore

    the projects have been prepared for taking over in 28th March 2018. Reversely, the committee members have

    not yet made any appointment for this purpose. Thus, the contractor will not be accepting to extend the bank

    guarantee known as “Performance Security bid” if the period is lasted.
