engagement at the telecom giant lasted through multiple projects for a total of 2½ years.
 Consulted in design sessions with NYNEX’s team developing an information service (InfoLook) for customers.
 Set parameters for testing, using matrices to create user cases to provide comprehensive evaluation.
 Project managed, and coded portions of, Phase II of InfoLook from concept through rollout and support.


Software Engineer
 Developed new interface for stock trade reporting for the American Stock Exchange. (The ―Ticker‖.)
 Developed process-control software for managing multiple test environments.
 Created trade-summary reports complete with the flagging of atypical price and volume movements to detect
potential insider trading.
 Contributed to system stabilization during heavy trading volume on October 19, 1987 (Black Monday).

